• The Falco Dictionary; a concordance to the Marcus Didius Falco mystery series by Lindsey Davis will be published by McFarland in the Fall of 2008.

Features:

• There are a number of free downloads on the right. The Butcher's Bill is my own effort to celebrate the twenty plus novels of Patrick O'Brian depicting Jack Aubrey and Stephen Maturin and their adventures with HMS Surprise and other ships in the Napoleonic Era.
   
• Evolution and the Bible is a manuscript left to me by my maternal grandfather, who died in 1947. I never met him. He was a country doctor with a religious upbringing, yet a man of science. His views will either seem quaint or prescient. I've done some very minor editing.
Some of the original manuscript was written in pencil in a tablet.
